Cancellation Before Sample Collection:

Refund Request Period: You can request a refund by emailing info@mapmygenome.in within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund, minus Rs. 1000 per product.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the kit in the same condition as it was delivered.

Refund Turnaround Time: Approximately 15-22 days from the time the refund was submitted by the customer.

Cancellation After Sample Collection:

Refund Request: Not applicable once you have been notified of sample receipt.

Refund Amount: Not applicable.
