Cancellation Before Sample Collection:

Refund Request Period: You can request a refund by emailing support@imeuswe.in within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund, minus Rs. 1000 per product.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the kit in the same condition as it was delivered.

Refund Turnaround Time: Approximately 2 weeks from the time the refund was submitted by the customer.

Cancellation After Sample Collection:

Refund Request: Not applicable once we have have received your sample and notified you of the same.

Refund Amount: Not applicable.
